How I can help

Why does it sometimes seem as if life has so many more challenges than opportunities? Challenges such as past issues you haven’t been able to resolve, or issues that have just cropped up can lead to confusion over the way forward.

I have been helping clients with these sorts of issues for over 20 years, using a variety of strategies, as outlined below (Highlighted text should mean they can click further into these areas)

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)helps adults and young people understand and alleviate negative feelings and break unhelpful life-patterns by exploring the connections between our thoughts, our feelings and our behaviour. For couples, it can help them optimise their relationships and reconnect with their partners.

Life Coaching (LC) is future-focused and aims to help people determine and reach their personal and professional goals. It can be easy to lose direction and LC can help you stay committed, motivated and focused, helping you achieve the things that are important to you.

Myers Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI)assessment helps a person to develop awareness of their personal strengths and individual temperament.

Mindfulness and other compassion-focused therapies have become increasingly popular in recent years as they teach us how to take a step back, bringing awareness to our behavioural patterns, habitual ways of thinking and our reactions.

Meeting people face to face at my practice in central Munich is one way we can work together, however increasingly, I find people prefer to meet online, via Skype or FaceTime, which reflects today’s mobile world, allowing us to start our work more quickly and avoid travel time.

Workshops are a cost effective way of tackling issues. I have adapted evidence-based therapy models into fast, fun and effective workshops and I can tailor workshops to your needs.

If I can’t help you, I will always try to point you towards someone who might. Contact me to make an initial face to face appointment either online or in person.
