A workshop for parents or teens dealing with exam and school pressure
The pressure young people face these days is huge. School curriculums are ever more demanding and often parents add to this pressure by being involved in the minutiae of their child’s education. These factors are building a generation of worriers and stress-heads, but no one feeling this way can perform at their best. During this workshop we will discuss proven methods of reducing anxiety and managing stress. We will think about the healthy life habits that facilitate the opportunity to learn, looking at how to structure a study programme that ensures a targeted approach allowing time for other activities too. We will learn how to put exams into perspective and hear about how there is more to success than just exam results.
